GSET 2013 Exam Date Declared – Gujarat Eligibility Test Notification

The Gujarat SET Agency, is going to conduct 9th Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) in 19 subjects to determine eligibility for Lectureship in universities and colleges of Gujarat State.

Lectureship (GSET) Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed Master's Degree or its equivalent in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Sciences etc.  Candidates, who are appearing in final year of UGC Master's Degree, can also apply for GSET. Please read official advertisement for more details (given below).

Age Limit: There is no upper age limit

Dates to Remember: Last date for online application is 03/07/2013 up to 12:00 PM. Last date for payment of fees is 02/07/2013. Last date for sending documents is 06/07/2013. Gujarat SET Examination Date is 22/09/2013. Hall tickets for examination can be downloaded from the website from 13/09/2013.

Application Fees: Candidate should have to pay application fee of Rs.825/- (Rs.725/- SC/ST/PH/VH category) including bank charges in the form of Bank Challan in any branch of Corporation Bank.

How to Apply for GSET 2013 Exam

Candidates may apply online through the website www.gujaratset.ac.in. The hard copy of filled application form, copy of bank challan, attested copied of caste certificate and other certificates should be sent to the following address.

National Insurance Company Limited has issued notification for the post of total 2600 Assistants in various General Insurance Companies. Applications are invited from qualified Indian Citizens to fulfill the vacancies of Assistants in Cass III Cadre. The details are given below.

Job Description:

Job Title: Assistants (Cass III Cadre)

Number of vacancies: Total 2600 Posts

Salary: Appointed candidate will receive remuneration in pay scale Rs.7640-440(1)-8080-480(2)-9040-540(5)-11740-625(2)-12990-760(3)-15270-790(2)-16850-840(5)-21050.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed HSC or its equivalent with minimum 60% marks (50% for Ex-servicemen, SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities candidates) OR completed Graduation from a recognized University. Knowledge of regional language is essential.

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should not below 18 years and above 28 years as on 30/06/2013.

Selection Process: Selection procedure will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test, Personal Interview and Computer Proficiency Test.
