Apply for UPSC Exams (IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.) Training Classes at SPIPA

Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration, Ahmedabad has issued notification for admission in for the year 2013-2014. Qualified and interested candidates may apply online to take admission in classes for Civil Services Exams (IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.) taken by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Details regarding educational qualification, age limit, selection procedure, application form details, etc. are given below.

Title: Training Classes for preparation of Civil Services Exams

Number of Vacancies: 100 seats

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized University/ Deemed University affiliated by Central Government or State Government. He/ She must be Indian Citizen.

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should at least 21 years but not more than 30 years as on 01/08/2014.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be enforceable to the candidates of reserved category as per the rules of government.

Dates to Remember: Candidates may apply online from 03/06/2013 to 16/06/2013 up to 11.59 Hours.

Application Fees: Candidates have to pay application fee Rs.100/- + Postal Charges (Rs.50/-+ Postal Charges for reserved category candidates) by submitting Fee Challan at any computerized post office from 03/06/2013 to 19/06/2013 within working hours.

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be made after passing three level of examination Written Test, Essay Writing and Personal Interview respectively.

Indian Navy - For Enrolment as Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR)-01/2014 Batch

Indian Navy has issued notification for admission as Sailors which will commence from February, 2014.  Unmarried Male Indian Citizens (subjects of Nepal and Bhutan) are invited to apply for enrollment as Sailors. Eligibility Criteria and other details are given below.

Course Description:

Course Title: Sailors

Salary: Appointed candidate will receive stipend Rs.5700/- per month during training. After completion of training, Pay Band Rs.5200-20200/- with GP Rs.2000/- will be applicable.

Educational Qualification: Candidates have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Maths & Physics and at least one subject from Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.

Age Limit: Candidates should have born between 01/02/1993 to 31/01/1997.

Dates to Remember: Last date for online application is 06/06/2013 and filled application form or print out should be reached on or before 16/06/2013.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test, Physical Fitness Test, and considering Medical Standards.

How to Apply for the admission as Sailors in Indian Navy:

Candidates may apply either online or offline mode
  1. For online application, candidates may go to the website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in and apply under "Sailors Entry" by 06/06/2013. They have to take print out of filled form and send to the respective address (given in original notification, given below) attached with attested copies of necessary certificates covered in envelop super scribing as "Online SSR Application -01/2014 batch & 10+2 Percentage______" as it reaches by 16/06/2013.
  2. For offline application, candidates may apply in prescribed application format given in original notification (given below). More details are given in advertisement.

Note: Candidates are requested to apply by one mode only. Furnishing both application (Online and Manual) will be disqualified. Application should be sent by Ordinary Post only.

The Indian Navy has issued notification and invites applications to join Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala under the 10+2 Cadet (B Tech) Entry Scheme. Unmarried Male Candidates may apply to take admission as s Cadets for four year B Tech course in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. Course Description:

Course Title: Cadet (B. Tech)

Educational Qualification: Applicant should have passed 10+2 standard or its equivalent from with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from recognized University/Board.  Also, he must have secured at least 50% marks in English in 10th or 12th standard.

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be between 17 to 19½ years i.e. candidate should be borne between 02/07/1994 & 01/01/1997.

Dates to Remember: Last date for online registration is 20th June, 2013.

Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates will be made after training session commence in December, 2013.

Apply Online for RBI Job of Assistant Post – 525 Vacancies

Reserve Bank of India has issued notification for the post of Assistant to fill vacancies in RBI. Qualified and interested Indian Citizens are invited to apply for the same considering the following details of educational qualification, age limit, selection procedure, training, etc.

Job Description:

Job Title: Assistant

Number of vacancies: Total 525 Posts

Salary: Appointed candidate will received remuneration in pay scale Rs. 8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 – 550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100/- along with other allowances.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have obtained Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (For SC/ST/PWD candidates, pass class will be considered).
