Recruitment of Meritorious Sports Persons in Income Tax Department, Ahmedabad

The Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (CCA) has issued notification to fill vacancies of meritorious persons in different games/ sports for Income Tax Offices. Eligible and interested candidates may apply regarding following details.

Job Description:

1) Inspector of Income-tax: 3 posts
Salary: Pay Scale of Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed Degree from recognized university/ institute.
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 27 years as on 31/03/2013.

2) Tax Assistant: 15 posts
Salary: Pay Scale of Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed Degree from recognized university/ institute with Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depression per hour.
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 27 years as on 31/03/2013.

3) Multi Tasking Staff: 10 posts
Salary: Pay Scale of Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board.
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 25 years as on 31/03/2013.

Sports Eligibility: Applicant must represent one of the following:
(i) The Country in an International Competition,
(ii) A state in a National Competition.
(iii) Their University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Board.
(iv) The State Schools Team in the National Sports / Games for schools conducted by All India School
Games Federation; or
(v) Sportsperson, who has been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under National Physical Efficiency Drive

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be permissible as per the rules of government.

Dates to Remember: Last date of receipt of application is 17/05/2013 up to 05.00 PM.

1) Assistant Director (Cost) in Junior Time Scale of Indian Cost Accounts Service (Vacancy No. 13040501413)
Number of Vacancies: 10 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should be Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India or its equivalent.

2) Assistant Director (Physics) (Vacancy No. 13040502213)

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have obtained Master's Degree in Physics / Biophysics / Forensic Science with Physics as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University/ institute with seven years experience.

Salary & Age Limit: Age of the candidate and salary will be considered as per the government regulations.

Gujarat High Court Viva-Voce Test (Oral Interview) - Driver Skill Test Result

High Court of Gujarat had issued advertisement for recruitment of Drivers on the establishment of Subordinate Courts. Applications were received by the court from eligible candidates. It was also notified that the actual appointment will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test, Driving Test and the Viva-Voce Test (Oral Interview).

The high court has issued notice No.RC/1434/2011 and declared a list of eligible candidates for Oral Interview after qualified in Driving Test. Candidates, who have successfully applied and qualified in driving test, are now eligible to conduct an oral interview. Qualified candidates in driving test will be called for The Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview) for final selection. Oral Interview is going to held on 27th April, 2013 on Saturday. Listed candidates can download their call letters for The Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview) from 22/04/2013.

A list of candidates for Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview) is given below. The list contains Serial Number, Driving Test Seat Number, and Application Number of the candidates.
